Click the PST file to migrate, and then click Open.Browse the directory for your PST file(s).Click the dropdown menu, and then click From PST file(s).The tool will open a new tab in your browser for you to authenticate your U-M Google account. Type in your full U-M email address ( Check the box for Remember me and click Continue.Launch the G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook application and a sign-in screen will appear.Note: This may require an admin password to install. Click Download GSSMO under ' DOWNLOAD.The G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GSMMO) tool allows you to import email, contacts, and calendar items directly from an existing Outlook profile or a standalone PST file. If you do not have the ability to download and install applications on your workstation, contact the ITS Service Center. This process requires downloading an application from Google that will assist in the migration process. Information stored on PST files is not automatically migrated into Google and requires additional steps. These files are stored outside of your normal mailbox on your local hard drive or shared drive. Microsoft Outlook users may create personal storage files (.pst) that contain archived email and calendar data. Important: This tool will not run on Mac.
